Workmanship and Materials

This warranty covers your new Nokian tires against manufacturing defects in workmanship or material for the life of the original usable tread down to 2/32 of remaining tread, as evidenced by the built-in wear indicators in the tread grooves, or 5 years from the date of retail purchase (proof of purchase required) or 6 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first. If an examination by Nokian shows that any such tire became unserviceable as a result of workmanship or material related conditions during the above stated periods, the tire will be replaced with a comparable new Nokian tire by an authorized Nokian dealer free of charge. Mounting and balancing plus any applicable taxes are payable by you.

30-Day Test Drive

If you are not completely satisfied, bring your All-Weather, All-Season, All-Purpose or Summer tires back within 30 days of purchase for a full, unconditional refund. This warranty covers only the original purchaser, and must be accompanied by the original receipt. The consumer will be refunded for the original purchase price of the tire, any charges for mounting, balancing and taxes will not be covered. TREAD WEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE NOKIAN WR, WR SUV, VATIIVA, i3, NRHi

WHO IS COVERED BY THIS SUPPLEMENTAL WARRANTY?

This warranty covers only the original purchaser, and only for as long as the tires covered hereby remain mounted on the vehicle described in the Mileage and Rotation Record. This warranty is in addition to all other Nokian warranties, and covers the Nokian WR, WR SUV, VATIIVA, i3, NRHi, purchased in North America after January 1, 1993 and used in non-commercial services.

The covered tires are warranted as follows:

WR, WR SUV, – 50,000 miles; VATIIVA (P-Metric) – 60,000 miles; i3-T – 80,000 miles; i3-H – 60,000 miles; i3-V – 50,000 miles; NRHi – 50,000 miles.

NOTE: All tires Speed Rated V/Z/W/Y except V-Rated i3 tires are not covered.

If a covered tire wears evenly across the tread down to the tread wear indicators (2/32nds of an inch of tread remaining) during the stated warranted mileage for that tire for a reason

OTHER THAN........

1. Road hazards, (for example: puncture, cut, snag stone drill, impact, or bruise break) or damage from cutting or wheel spinning;
2. Apparent overload or improper inflation pressure;
3. Wheel misalignment, tire/wheel assembly imbalance, or other vehicle conditions, defects, or characteristics;
4. Mounting damage, racing, or other abuse;
5. Improper repair or improper insertion of sealant, balancing, or filler materials;
6. Intentional alteration of either the appearance or the physical characteristics of the tire;
7. Conditions caused by aging or improper storage;
8. Failure to observe the maintenance and tire care obligations

...it will be replaced with an equivalent new Nokian tire. You will be charged for the percent of warranted mileage you received on the adjustable tire, plus any charges for mounting, balancing, and taxes.

Warning: It is specifically recommended that studded tires be sold and mounted in sets of four (4) Never mount two (2) studded tires on a vehicle with two (2) non-studded tires. This could lead to sever handling problems due to differences in tire rubber compounds it is not recommended to mix brands. This may lead to handling problems for your vehicle.
