Nokian i3 is an inside-outside tire, meaning that the inner and outer surfaces differ from one another. The rigid shoulder design on the outside and the wide grooves on the inside make the tire easier to handle and improve its stability. The tire features three prominent main grooves, and lateral grooves that open to the side, to help prevent hydroplaning. The Silent Groove Technology significantly reduces road noise.
