How can I measure my tires’ tread depth?

The easiest way is to use a penny – place it in the main groove of the tread, in the center with Lincoln’s head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln’s head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 and it is time to replace the tires.
